Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Item

  Place the item and all accessories (including battery and charger) back into the original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
